I'm laughing so hard, I might split a lung! I grew up in Youngstown, OH, aka Crimetown USA where my friends' fathers had names like that. This is pure gold! Thank you for the laugh. I now must call my sister and we must watch The Five Families together. We randomly recite lines from all 3 Godfather movies to each other.
I also loved Goodfellas. Prizzi's Honor likely brings up the rear. A few months back, Amazon Prime was running a special on the Sopranos, the entire run for 50 bucks. I should have jumped on it. Anyway, thank you again for your kind words!
I have a few more humorous pieces in the queue, and then I'll be running a few of my early pieces that no one (except my brother!) read. Anyway, I appreciate your kind words. You made my day.

My father-in-law, now sadly passed, was addicted to the first two Godfather movies. They really are terrific.
Indeed, they were. The 3rd was terrible, but I still watched it. Repeatedly. Like a car accident.

I do enjoy your column very much. And agreed with the first 2. I never watched the Sopranos, much to my own chagrin. I still may.

Given the context, I should add that my father-in-law died of natural causes!
